Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased through Dee Opera due to a change of plans, scheduling conflicts, illness, late arrival, failure to attend, or other personal circumstances.

Please review the event details, including the date, time, venue, and performance information, before completing your purchase.
 

Canceled, Postponed, or Rescheduled Events

If a performance or event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or materially changed, Dee Opera will communicate relevant information to ticket holders as it becomes available.

Tickets may remain valid for a rescheduled performance or be subject to other arrangements announced by Dee Opera. Dee Opera will honor any refunds or other resolutions required by applicable law.
 

Donations

Donations to Dee Opera support our artistic programs, educational initiatives, and ongoing organizational work. Donations are nonrefundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or a transaction was processed incorrectly, please contact us so we can review the matter.
